The Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History (Ministry of Defence) is pleased and honoured to announce the 2nd edition of a handsome hardcover book presenting the elegant collection of 145 civil and military aircraft from the Museum's Air & Space section. The work is enhanced by numerous illustrations of the exhibits.
The author, Charlie de la Royère, a lifelong aviation enthusiast and head of the library and documentation centre of the Air Section, describes in considerable detail the history of each aircraft, its service in Belgium, and the story of its acquisition and restoration.
The edition is trilingual (French, Dutch and English). The translations have been carried out by specialist aviation technicians.
