Shipping and returns
Shipment of your parcel
Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost with a tracking number. Delivery is available to your home address or to a pickup point. Whatever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk (damage or loss), but special care is taken with fragile items. We do not reimburse parcels lost by the carrier.
Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

In the event of loss of the return parcel by the carrier, addressing error, and therefore non-receipt of the return parcel by us, no refund will be issued. We advise you to return your parcels via Colissimo and not by standard mail.
