JAGUAR, THE FELINE IN ACTION
In 2007, the Jaguar continued its career in India, before taking a well-earned retirement in the pantheon of legendary aircraft.
This work, enriched with nearly 600 photographs, 19 profiles, three-view drawings by Jean-Jacques Petit and numerous operational anecdotes illustrated with action photographs, will take you through the "saga" of the Jaguar, from its birth on the drawing board to its final operations, covering flight testing, variants, missions with the Armée de l'Air, and overseas operations. Two chapters deal with RAF aircraft and the Jaguars exported to Oman, Nigeria, Ecuador and India. In the appendices you will find a description of the Jaguar A's nav/attack system, weapon loads, and a list of Jaguar aircraft of the Armée de l'Air and the Royal Air Force detailing their careers.
