From carrier-based air operations in the Pacific to the beaches of Normandy in June 1944, this shirt was there. Every original feature has been reproduced, including the genuine and durable chambray fabric, which fades beautifully to a light blue with age. These are not fashion shirts designed to look like work shirts — they are built with all the traditional construction features of a true utility garment: seams are properly reinforced with backing fabric and selvedges, assembly is done with a chain stitch, buttons are urea, and the labelling is authentically inspired.
