These jeans are an authentic reproduction of the trousers worn by US Navy sailors during World War II, and through into the 1950s.

The wide cut and high waist offer great freedom of movement. The patch pockets front and back are characteristic of this Navy jean. The 10 oz denim is lightweight, making these jeans very comfortable in summer, even in high temperatures.

Finally, as with the original, there are no outseams on the legs.

These jeans are also ideal for re-enactors putting together a US Navy WW2 or Korean War sailor's uniform. The outfit can be completed with a chambray shirt and a white t-shirt or tank top.
