• EGYPTIAN COTTON (L'Or Blanc, the renowned Egyptian cotton favoured by luxury brands) is grown exclusively on a small plot located east of the Nile Delta.

Egyptian cotton (renowned for its fineness and unrivalled quality) is hand-picked, which guarantees the highest levels of purity, entirely without chemicals.

Harvesting takes place when the fruit is ripe and the bolls burst open, releasing the fibres.

• EGYPTIAN COTTON is a "long-staple" cotton (LS, long staple).

The fibre length is approximately 35 mm, micronaire 4.3–4.9, and its uniformity is remarkable, with very high tensile strength.

This harvest represents only approximately 3% of total world cotton production.

• Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification.

Globally harmonised certification: Our yarns are dyed exclusively using colouring substances that comply with the ecological and human requirements established by the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Class 1.

• Knitted in Italy using Italian machines, with a high needle count.
• The sock is knitted with pre-dyed yarn, which is a mark of quality. 
• Antibacterial treatment.
• 2-ply yarn; the toe and heel are reinforced with a third ply.
