This T-shirt has a straight cut as in the 1940s. It is made from a very heavy cotton at 280 g/m², which makes it very comfortable to wear and very soft to the touch. The T-shirt is made in Portugal and the screen printing is done in France in a completely handcrafted manner. The ink used is water-based.

The design depicts a belly tank racer (a race car built from an aircraft drop tank), a Bell X-1 aircraft and a B-29 bomber, all on and above the Muroc Dry Lake air base in California. This base is known today as Edwards Air Force Base. After serving as an air base for various bomber groups during the Second World War, it was at Muroc Airfield that Chuck Yeager made the first supersonic flight in his Bell X-1 in 1947.

The base is still operational today.
