Scoped combat shooting (TCL)

Today, the effectiveness of sniping remains uncontested and its objectives remain the same as in the past:

  • - destabilisation of the adversary;
  • - destruction of command elements;
  • - enhancement of fire support.

On the other hand, since combat takes place at the level of small units, it must be taught down to the smallest echelons and become a core soldier competency.

The concept of 4th generation sniping is to give all troops an immediate means of engaging targets normally assigned to sniper teams.

By democratising general-purpose training, it is possible to give soldiers an additional capability with a minimum of time and resources. This new skill set enables them to fight more effectively.
