1937 Roamer Shirt blue flannel - Pike Brothers
This 1937 Roamer Shirt is based on a workwear shirt from the late 1930s. Just like the original, it is very comfortable thanks to its relaxed cut. And it features one extra detail: its "smoker's pocket". In the first half of the 20th century, smoking was widely accepted and life was generally made easier for smokers.
The same applied to workwear. The smoker's pocket is cut so that a soft pack of cigarettes fits right in. Feel like a smoke? You can easily pull one out without having to take the pack out of the pocket. The fabric of our 1937 Roamer Shirt Red Flannel is woven exclusively for us in Portugal and weighs 230 g per square metre. As is customary for flannel, the fabric is brushed, making it very soft and comfortable. The following details characterise our 1937 Roamer Shirt:
- 100% cotton, 230 g/m²
- comfortable fit
- smoker's pocket
- collar stays
- cat eye buttons
- pre-washed
- made in Portugal
