Despite the year in its name, the vest’s historical origins go back to the 19th century. At the time, vests were often worn at work to protect shirts from dirt and damage. The 1905 Hauler Vest therefore has a slightly narrower, more tailored cut and suits taller wearers or those with longer torsos.
Two front pockets and a drawstring at the waist complete the vest’s design.
The Chicago fabric comes from Portugal and is a wool-linen blend, making it very light for summer.
