The 1935 Machinist Trousers have their origins in the world of Swedish workwear.

The cut is reminiscent of sailor's trousers, yet they were actually worn by workers on dry land. Trousers of that era were made from tough elephant skin, and we wanted the same for our 1935 Machinist Trousers.

The original was kindly made available to us by Gyllenhaks Byggnadsvård.
