O.G.-107 shirts have a relaxed fit and are therefore ideal in all seasons, worn with or without a t-shirt underneath.

Pike Brothers produced this shirt from a special camouflage pattern known as the Mitchell Pattern. This pattern was issued to the United States Marine Corps from 1953 in the form of shelter halves and helmet covers, and its use continued over time.

The Mitchell Pattern, also known as the Leaf Pattern, was equally popular with US Special Forces units such as the 5th Special Forces Group. Non-standard pieces could then be purchased through the private sector — for example, from small tailors in Okinawa, Japan. For the printing of this Mitchell, Pike used an original set of this type sourced from Japanese production of the 1960s.
