Launched in the early 1950s, the "Browline" frame has never gone out of fashion. As with all classic American Optical frames, we have delved into our archives to give it all its original specifications while adapting them to contemporary face shapes.

Made famous by Malcolm X and President Lyndon B. Johnson, this is an iconic AO style that once again illustrates just how intertwined fashion and history can be.
