The B15 Flight Jacket of the U.S. Air Force was produced from 1945. It succeeded the legendary B10 jacket, of which it is the culmination of successive developments. The B15 is the origin of all modern pilot jackets. Made in nylon and produced in numerous different versions, it is still manufactured today.
