1937 Roamer Vest waxed tan - Pike Brothers
The 1937 Roamer Vest features the typical silhouette of a 1930s work jacket. It is a simple yet functional design. Three exterior pockets and one interior pocket provide ample storage for everyday essentials such as keys or a smartphone.
The Armor fabric is very stiff but robust waxed cotton. The roots of this fabric lie in the automotive world. This fabric was used in the 1920s and 1930s for car and truck covers. Furthermore, the fabric is ideal for outdoor activities. It is robust, water-repellent and offers great longevity. But be aware that this fabric needs to be broken in! Once tamed, the fabric offers great comfort and rewards its owner with a fine patina over time.
